A Harvard University Study conducted by two doctoral students, Ryan Bubb and Alex Kaufman, recently released findings that “credit unions are less likely to charge the fees and penalties that the new Credit Card Reform Act hopes to eliminate.” The study also reported that credit unions largely conform to the new rules already.
