Proof of Income (may be needed)
Full Time or Part Time Employment:
Copies of your pay stubs within the last month, with a total of what you've been paid year-to-date. If your stubs are hand-written, you will need the two most recent years tax returns.
For self-employed applicants, tax returns are used to determine annual income, therefore, you'll need copies of your tax returns from the most recent past two years.
Income from rentals, alimony or child support, social security or other sources, may be needed. We may not require these documents, but if you bring proof of other income you receive, it may grant you a larger loan than it would on the basis of your employment income alone.
After we receive and verify the documentation listed above, a NASA Federal Credit Union Lending Representative will contact you to discuss the disbursement of your loan proceeds and create a Loan Agreement for you to sign. A signed Loan Agreement completes the application process and the funds can be issued to the dealer/seller/lien holder by Cashier’s check.
