How do I start using the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App?

Your NASA Federal account(s) must be enrolled in eBranch Online Banking in order for you to use the Mobile Banking App. Once your accounts are enrolled in eBranch via your desktop computer, you will be able to take advantage of Mobile Banking. To enroll, visit nasafcu.com/enroll. To get the app itself, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and download the NASA Federal Mobile App.

What username and password do I use to log into the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App?

You can login to the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App using your eBranch Username and Password. If you forget your password, you can reset it by visiting the eBranch logon screen and clicking on the Forgot Username link.

What can the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App be used for?

The Mobile Banking App has many uses:

  • View account balances and transactions
  • Transfer funds between your accounts or to other NASA Federal members
  • Deposit checks remotely
  • Make payments to NASA Federal members and non-members securely using PayPal®
  • Get your FICO® Score
  • Pay bills instantly and securely with BillPay+

What is Instant ID and how does it work on the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App?

Instant ID is available on iPhone® 5s or later, iPad® (5th generation), iPad Pro®, iPad Air® 2, or iPad miniTM 3 or later. It allows you to use facial recognition or your fingerprint to identify yourself. Once you turn on Instant ID within the NASA Federal Mobile App, you can log on using your face or fingerprint instead of your NASA Federal username and password. To setup Instant ID, you must have the feature enabled on your device. Go to "Settings," tap "Instant ID & Passcode," and follow the instructions from there. (You'll also need to set up a device passcode, if you haven't already.) Next, log on to the NASA Federal Mobile App to turn on Instant ID.

What security features are in place to protect my NASA Federal account information?

We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information, including your username, passwords and account information. NASA Federal Mobile Banking does not send or store any confidential information about you or your accounts on your mobile device.
