Your NASA Federal account(s) must be enrolled in eBranch Online Banking in order for you to use the Mobile Banking App. To enroll, visit nasafcu.com/enroll. To get the app itself, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and download the NASA Federal Mobile App.
You can login to the NASA Federal Mobile Banking App using your eBranch Username and Password. If you forget your password, you can reset it by visiting the eBranch logon screen and clicking on the Forgot Username link.
The Mobile Banking App has many uses:
Touch ID is a feature available on iPhone® 5s or later, iPad® (5th generation), iPad Pro®, iPad Air® 2, or iPad miniTM 3 or later. It allows you use your fingerprint to identify yourself. Once you turn on Touch ID within the NASA Federal Mobile App, you can log on using your fingerprint instead of your NASA Federal username and password. To setup Touch ID, you must have the feature enabled on your device. Go to "Settings," tap "Touch ID & Passcode," and follow the instructions from there. (You'll also need to set up a device passcode, if you haven't already.) Next, log on to the NASA Federal Mobile App to turn on Touch ID.
We use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information, including your username, passwords and account information. NASA Federal Mobile Banking does not send or store any confidential information about you or your accounts on your mobile device. For more information on how we protect you, please visit the NASA FCU Security Center.
