ACH Authorization Agreement

By submitting an Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment, I authorize NASA Federal Credit Union (NASA FCU) to debit my account in order to make my monthly credit card or loan payment(s). I understand that the authorization will remain in full force and effect until I provide NASA FCU with a written notification, at least 15 days prior to the withdrawal date, that a change be made or that the periodic payment(s) be cancelled. If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payment may be debited from my account the next business day. I understand that because the debit from my account will be processed electronically, these funds will generally be withdrawn from my account on the date specified but could take up to 3 business days to process. I understand and agree that in order for NASA FCU to make the requested payment(s) the amount must be available in my account and that a fee will be applied to any declined credit card or loan payment(s) or pre-authorized charge backs (refer to the Schedule of Fees). If any attempt to debit my account is rejected, for any reason, I also agree that NASA FCU may resubmit the debit, which will be initiated as a separate transaction from the authorized payment.

Confidential information such as account numbers and social security numbers should not be sent by email for security reasons. Instead, please contact us directly at 1-888-NASA-FCU, send us a secure message through Online Banking or Mobile Banking, or visit your nearest branch.
