How do I apply for an open position?

When you are ready to apply, click on the job listing of interest and select “Apply for this Job.” You will be asked to complete an application of employment and upload your resume.

Is the information I provide secure?

Yes. Information you provide is transmitted to our applicant management system which is encrypted using SSL protocol. 

What happens after I apply for an open position? 

If you meet all the qualifications for the role and are one of the most qualified candidates, we will contact you to schedule a phone screen.  Following the phone screen, you may be invited to move forward in the process and authorize a credit check.  The next step is a video or in-person interview with a Hiring Manager. Once interviews for all viable candidates have been completed, you will be notified of the selection decision. All selected candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screening (excludes marijuana). 

What type of background checks does NASA Federal Credit Union conduct?

NASA Federal conducts background checks such as present and former employer, credit, criminal, drug screening (excludes marijuana), and driving records (positions which require driving).

What if I want to apply for more than one opportunity or update my profile?

You can apply to multiple opportunities by accessing this link. Please note that you can only apply to the same opportunity once every six months.
